MABL Co-Files Amicus Curiae Brief

Last week, MABL joined a coalition of bar associations in support of the lawsuit

challenging federal actions in Minnesota by co-filing an amicus curiae brief

alongside the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA), the Hennepin County

Bar Association (HCBA), and the Ramsey County Bar Association (RCBA), who

led the effort. The brief was also co-filed by Minnesota Women Lawyers, the

Minnesota Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the Minnesota Hispanic Bar

Association, and the Somali American Bar Association. By adding our name to

this brief, MABL stood with our colleagues to underscore our shared commitment

to the rule of law, constitutional governance, and the protection of civil liberties.
