Aisha Richardson

MABL Executive Director

Aisha Richardson currently serves as the Executive Director of the Minnesota Association of Black Lawyers (MABL) and as the administrator of the MABL Law School Pathways Program, where she works to expand access, representation, and opportunity for Black undergraduate students aspiring to enter the legal profession.


Aisha Richardson is a trusted leader with over 25 years of experience supporting executives, boards, and leadership teams across the nonprofit, public, and private sectors. Widely recognized as a people connector and bridge builder, she brings deep expertise in board relations, team development, training, and administrative operations.


Her career spans roles at a premier investment firm, a private equity membership organization, and the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), one of the world’s top strategy consulting firms. She is especially proud of her work advancing equity in healthcare through her leadership at a leading HBCU medical school.


Aisha holds a B.A. from Howard University and an M.A. in Nonprofit and Public Organizational Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
