Due to COVID-19 and health related concerns, MABL virtually hosted the 2021 Foundation Gala.

"The theme of this year’s Gala is “The time is always right to do what is right.” The theme captures the ongoing challenges and opportunities to partner with the community and legal profession to do better and be better. This Gala will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021, from 5-7 pm CST and
features a fireside chat hosted by Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison and the incomparable Monique Worrell, State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial District for the State of Florida. In addition, the MABL Gala will feature performances by Grammy Award Winning Sounds of Blackness!"
