About the event

This gathering is designed to bring together MABL’s women attorneys to pause, reconnect, and invest in well-being, while also celebrating our collective achievements in a supportive community space.

The session will include a 1-hour Mental Health CLE presented by Jon Tynjala of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers, followed by an informal, facilitated discussion led by a MABL member. The CLE will explore the impact of isolation and loneliness in legal practice and their connection to mental health challenges that disproportionately affect lawyers. Participants will gain insight into how common professional traits can contribute to disconnection, along with practical strategies for fostering meaningful professional and personal connection. (1.0 Mental Health CLE Credit Pending)

The discussion portion is intended to be open, supportive, and judgment-free, offering space for reflection, shared experience, and community-building. Attendees will also enjoy refreshments and light appetizers, and a fun ice-breaker activity designed to spark conversation and connection.
